Erdogan offers condolences after helicopter crash in Qatar

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan extended condolences to the families of those killed in a helicopter crash in Qatar.

Axar.az informs in a post on X, Erdogan said that he is deeply saddened to learn of the helicopter accident in Qatar, in which members of Turkish Armed Forces, ASELSAN personnel, and personnel of the Qatar Armed Forces lost their lives.

"I pray for mercy for our heroic soldier and ASELSAN staff who were martyred in this tragic accident, as well as for our friend and brotherly Qatari soldiers, and I extend my condolences to their families.

My condolences go out to our nation, our people, and the people of Qatar," he noted.
