Russia suspends southern airport operations until May 12 -

Following a drone strike on the air navigation administration building in Rostov-on-Don, Russia has suspended operations at all airports in its southern region until May 12.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that 13 airports are currently fully or partially closed.

It is also noted that the restrictions have affected transit flights to Turkiye, Armenia, and Egypt, as these routes pass through southern Russian airspace.
