Peskov: ‘Masha and the Bear’ has won over the world

Russian animated series “Masha and the Bear” has won over audiences around the world with its kindness, humanity and, in the best sense of the word, its promotion of the finest human qualities.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the remarks to journalists, while commenting on reports that Ukrainian authorities had imposed sanctions on the creators of the Russian animated series “Masha and the Bear” under the pretext of a “threat to national security.”

“Overall, ‘Masha and the Bear’ has won over the whole world. It has won over the whole world, without exaggeration. It has won people over with its kindness, its humanity and, in the best sense of the word, its promotion of truly outstanding human qualities,” he said.

It should be noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has imposed sanctions on the creators of the Russian animated series “Masha and the Bear.”
