Hakopyan: There is no hope, Armenians are leaving Karabakh

Metakse Hakopyan, a "deputy" of the separatists in Khankendi, says Armenians have left Karabakh.

Axar.az reports thatHakopyan said that Armenians have no hope for the future.

"After the war, the social problems of the Armenians in Karabakh are not resolved, the population is gradually losing hope for the future, the majority is thinking of leaving. Now doctors, teachers, cultural workers, specialists are leaving. If this continues, Karabakh will be liberated," he said.
