French Ambassador to Russia Pierre Levy was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The ambassador strongly protested against the discriminatory and openly Russophobic actions of the French representatives against the two Russian journalists whom French President Emmanuel Macron rudely denied access to the press conference at the G20 summit:

"Regarding this, a request was made in the person of the French ambassador to stop the pressure and discriminatory actions against the mass media protesting the country's government."
