Belarus is preparing for war but does not want to fight anyone.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

"Belarus wants to build its future peacefully and is only inclined towards construction. Don't believe anyone who says we want to fight. We are preparing for war, I am clear about it.
