Trump’s Special Envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, emphasized that peace talks between Ukraine and Russia should be preceded by a 30-day ceasefire.

Axar.az reports "As President Trump has repeatedly said, stop the killing!! An unconditional 30-day ceasefire first and, during it, move into comprehensive peace discussions. Not the other way around," Kellogg wrote on X.

It’s worth noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed resuming direct talks with Ukraine in Istanbul on May 15, without any preconditions.
