Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement includes all the necessary conditions to begin direct negotiations with Ukrainian representatives in Istanbul, and there is “nothing to add or take away.”

Axar.az reports this was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova.

“You know, last night — practically overnight from yesterday to today — the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, made a corresponding statement. Everything is in it. Please read it, get familiar with it. I think there’s nothing more to add or take away,” she said.
