“Azerbaijani people expect victory of our Army. Nevertheless, military servicemen don’t begin wars, they are implementers”, said Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov.

Axar.az reports that he stated that the international situation is not fertile to launch a war.

“We all are endangering our lives, including soldiers and officers for the sake of our homeland and nation and we are proud of this. May all martyrs rest in peace! A serviceman of our Army, Major has recently been martyred. Do some people say that what does that Major do there?! Martyred Major was fulfilling my order by carrying out combating preparations”, Minister stated.
