American composer dies in California

63-year-old American composer Guy Moon died in a traffic accident in California.

Axar.az reports, citing the New York Post, that Moon was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles County on Thursday morning and died from his injuries.

Moon's music has been featured in many Nickelodeon projects, including the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and Smart Parents. The composer was also nominated for an Emmy Award four times between 2002 and 2004.
