Baku will soon host the fourth international festival of children and youth creativity " Saf rengler" ( Fine colors).

The event, organized by Azerbaijan’s Arts Academy together with the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Academy and the Russian Information and Cultural Center in Baku, is scheduled for May-June 2016.

The organizers encourage young talents to submit proposals for the contest until May 5, 2016. The drawings can be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
