It was held the opening ceremony of the bust of national poet Vagif Samadoglu in Gazakh. The people who valued personality, activities of poet, playwright, publicist, People's poet of Azerbaijan Vagif Samadoglu, who was 80 years old on June 5 in this year, his jubilee event and the opening of the bust.

Axar.az reports that it takes place purposeful events by our state for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the People's Poet, who writes unique pages of Azerbaijani literature with its activities.

The opening ceremony of the bust was held on the occasion of the jubilee in the "Honorable Kazakhs" park in the center of the city Gazakh. Head of Gazakh District Executive Power Rajab Babashov, responsible persons of the executive office, director of the House Museum of Samad Vurgun, wife of Vagif Samadoglu Nushaba Vakilova, AWU spokesman Khayal Rza, representative of Gazakh Charity Public Union Mati Osmanoglu, employee of Khazar Television Hamid Herischi, actors from Baku Kamran Yunis, Khazar Suleymanli, Menzar Mammadrasul gizi, heads of law enforcement agencies, management, enterprises and organizations, education, health, culture workers, writers, public and media representatives were attended at the ceremony.

The author of the bust is young sculptor Kamran Asadov. It should be noted that the author of monuments which was at House-Museum of Samad Vurgun, is also a talented young man, Kamran Asadov.
