Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu on his 75th anniversary.

Axar.az reports that the congratulatory letter was posted on the Kremlin's official website.

“Please accept my most sincere congratulations on your 75th anniversary. For many years you have been contributing to the development of fruitful cooperation and friendly relations between our countries and peoples. Of course, your brilliant composer, musician and artistic talent in Russia is highly appreciated and sincerely, all kinds of activities of yours are welcomed,” the letter says.
