A book has been published about General Polad Hashimov, who was martyred in fighting in the direction of Tovuz on the border with Armenia last month.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Shahbaz Khuduoglu, director of Qanun Publishing House.

He said that the book "Our Polad General" will be available tomorrow at the publishing house:

"We have published 2,000 full-colour books. It's free. I would like schoolchildren and young people to get it.

I believe that many books will be written about Polad Hashimov. We published this book as soon as possible in the series "Leadership Lessons for Schoolchildren". Let the next generation follow the example of Steel and be like Steel.

I thank everyone who helped us with their memories in the preparation of this publication."
