Animated films about Karabakh are being made

In 2022, the Ministry of Culture will announce competitions for the production of films on various topics and lengths. It is not excluded that the winning projects as a result of these competitions will be on animation and Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Ministry of Culture.

It was noted that the completion of 11 film projects selected in the competition last year is underway.

"Two of these 11 films are animated films. Note that one of these films is called" Karabakh Tale "and the other is called" History ". The project" Karabakh Tale "is produced by" Birlik "studio. The film is directed and written by Firangiz Gurbanova. On the day of victory, he talks about a conversation between a father and a child. A father tells his son a story in which good triumphs over evil.

The director of the film "History" is Jeyhun Turksoy, the author of the screenplay is Orkhan Behbid. The film is produced by OB Film Studio. The film is about a little boy who never reconciles with the occupation of Karabakh and proudly draws a line over the 27-year occupation.

Both films will be released in the first half of this year, and then will be presented to young audiences, "he added.
