The agenda of the Azerbaijani parliament’s next meeting, scheduled for April 5, includes 21 issues.
The report by the Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan will be heard at the meeting.
The meeting’s agenda includes amendments to the laws “On antimonopoly activity”, “On banks”, “On non-bank credit institutions”, “On investment funds”, “On insurance activity”, “On administrative proceeding”, “On state registration and state register of legal entities”, “On state register of real estate”, “On state care for the persons with diabetes”, “On combating tuberculosis in Azerbaijan”, “On state care for the persons with hemophilia and thalassaemia blood diseases”, “On combating disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus”, as well as amendments to the Criminal, Civil, Administrative and Land Codes.
Another issue to be discussed at the meeting include the abolition of the law on the approval of the regulations “On rules of compulsory state insurance of provision of medical care to the populations, infection with a disease caused by the immune deficiency virus when conducting scientific research on virology facilities and when engaging in the manufacturing of virus preparations and any disability having resulted from it, and of limited health condition of those under 18 years of age, and death”.
