If the decision of the authorized body (official) to impose an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine for all administrative offenses is executed within 10 days from the date of its entry into force, a payment exemption in the amount of 10 percent of the applied fine will be applied.

Axar.az reports that this is reflected in the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Article 150.1-1, which was added to the Code to encourage the timely payment of fines and prevent delays, if the decision of the authorized body (official) to impose an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine for all administrative offenses is executed within 10 days from the date of its entry into force, a payment exemption in the amount of 10 percent of the applied fine will be applied.
