Tanzania reports Marburg virus, WHO confirms 8 deaths

The World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed that at least 8 people have died in Tanzania due to a suspected Marburg virus outbreak.

Axar.az, citing Al Jazeera, reports that the cases are being closely monitored, and health authorities are working to prevent further spread.

Marburg is a highly infectious virus that causes hemorrhagic fever, with symptoms similar to those of Ebola.
