US sanctions 14 individuals, five entities over Iran links

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said Thursday evening that it had added the names of 14 individuals and five entities to the U.S. sanctions list over their alleged links to Iran and Hezbollah.

Axar.az reports, citing WANA News Agency, that according to the department, the sanctioned individuals and entities operate in Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Turkiye and the United Arab Emirates and are linked to the Islamic Republic of Iran and Hezbollah Lebanon.
