President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on amendments to the Statute of Honor of 20 January Martyr, approved by Decree # 51 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 1998.

Axar.az reports that, according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 29, 1998, the number 51 of the Regulation on the honorary title "Martyr of January 20" is approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 1998. in the prescribed form ”, and the second paragraph of that section is deleted.

The certificate of honor of the martyr of January 20 (hereinafter - the certificate) consists of 7 cm x 19.5 cm size. The certificate is red, with the words "20 JANUARY WITNESSES" in honor of the title.

The first page of the document contains the colored image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the inscription "20 JANUARY WITNESS", under the words "___", under ” is written.

The second page of the document contains "surname" in the middle of the first line, "name" in the middle of the second line, and "father's name" in the middle of the third line. the words "President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" are written under the sentence.
