The Cabinet of Ministers amended the decision "On approval of application forms for extension of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, temporary or permanent residence permit, including work permit (or extension)."

Axar.az informs that, the change is related to the "Application form for the issuance (extension) of a temporary residence permit to foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan."

Thus, the number of cases when foreigners and stateless persons are issued temporary residence permits in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan is increasing. This includes cases of foreigners and stateless persons studying in vocational schools of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
