The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution "On some issues related to the special quarantine regime."

Axar.az reports that, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.

According to the decision, the following changes should be made in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 19, 2020 No. 208 "On additional measures to tighten the special quarantine regime in the territory of Baku, Sumgayit and Absheron region":

1.1. Sub-items 1.1.2, 1.1.5 and item 1.2 shall be repealed;

1.2. In item 1.1-1 digit “5” shall be replaced by digit “10”;

1.3. In Part 2, the words “rules of application of traffic restrictions” shall be replaced with the word “requirements”;

1.4. In Part 3, the words "rules of application of traffic restrictions" shall be replaced by the word "requirements";

1.5. Part 4 shall be repealed;

1.6. in addition to this Decision - on "Areas of activity allowed":

1.7.1. To remove the words “in the open air” from item 6.10;

1.7.2. to add Part 13 with the following content:

“13. Activities of educational institutions. ”

2. To make the following changes in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 16, 2020 No. 178 "On additional measures related to the special quarantine regime":

2.1. Item 1.2 to state in the following edition:

“1.2. termination of passenger transportation by land and air transport from cities and regions of the country; ”;

2.2. Item 1.3 to cancel;

2.3. To remove the words “, Ganja, Lankaran” from item 1.15 and to replace the words “from 22:00 to 08:00” with the words “from 00:00 to 09:00” in that item.

3. “On additional measures to strengthen the special quarantine regime in the territory of Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir cities and Absheron, Barda, Salyan, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol regions” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2020 Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 208 of June 19, 2020 and “On Amendments to Resolutions No. 237 of July 6, 2020“ On Regulation of Some Issues Related to Admission of Customers to Catering Institutions during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic ” In item 3.1 of the Resolution No. 294 dated August, the words “Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir cities and Absheron, Barda, Salyan, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol districts” with the words “Baku, Sumgayit cities and Absheron district” , The words "until 22:00" shall be replaced by the words "until 00:00" and the words "in the open air" shall be removed from this paragraph.

4. To determine that:

4.1. organization of teaching and educational process in educational institutions is provided in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

4.2. On-site services to customers in public catering establishments Taking into account the requirements set by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 237 of July 6, 2020 "On regulation of some issues related to the admission of customers to public catering establishments during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic" 09: Is carried out from 00 to 00:00;

4.3. According to this Decision, the activities of the authorized areas are organized in accordance with the existing rules, sanitary norms and requirements of methodological guidelines.

5. This Decision shall enter into force on September 8, 2020.
