At around 06:00 on September 27, the Armenian armed forces carried out a large-scale provocation and intensively fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the frontline and our settlements with large-caliber weapons, mortars and artillery of various calibers.

Axar.az reports that, this was reported by the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.

"It was noted that in connection with the provocation committed by the Armenian armed forces, the Service's staff, local offices, departments and units have received appeals from a large number of our citizens who want to go to the frontline and fight and provide the necessary assistance.

It should be noted that conscription of citizens is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations. The State Service for Mobilization and Conscription expresses its gratitude to our citizens for their high patriotism, in addition to the duty established by law to defend the Motherland.

At present, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are staffed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Protection of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan is provided by the Azerbaijani Army.

For this reason, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription states that, if necessary, reservists may be summoned to local structural units of the Service in accordance with the requirements of existing legislation and involved in appropriate measures to ensure the defense of the country and state security. But today there is no reason for such a need."
