President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment of a temporary special administration in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az informs that according to the decree, temporary commandant's offices will be established in the liberated territories in accordance with the administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In addition, commandants must coordinate their activities with the Ministry of Defense and the State Border Service.
