In order to ensure more effective organization of the activities of the military prosecutor's office in the liberated territories, the Aghdam Military Prosecutor's Office is being established on the basis of the Gubadli, Kalbajar Military Prosecutor's Office and the Karabakh Military Prosecutor's Office.

Axar.az reports that the decision was reflected in the decree of President Ilham Aliyev.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to take measures to provide the new military prosecutor's offices, as well as the Fizuli Military Prosecutor's Office with buildings, equipment, communications, vehicles and other organizational and technical means in Gubadli, Kalbajar, Agdam and Fizuli.
