President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The decree states:

"I make a decision based on paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

The following employees of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan should be awarded for their distinction while performing their official duties:
