He emphasized the importance of the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan to Palestine and expressed his confidence that these steps will give a serious impetus to the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Palestine.
The Palestinian Foreign Minister congratulated Azerbaijan on its successful chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement. He emphasized that the constant humanitarian assistance and support provided by Azerbaijan to Palestine is highly appreciated by the Palestinian people.

The President of Azerbaijan recalled with pleasure his meeting with the Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Mohammad Shtayyeh. During this meeting, the head of state noted that there was a request from Azerbaijan about the project of building a school in Palestine, and said that a positive attitude was expressed and that this project will be implemented soon. The head of our state assessed the opening of Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission in Palestine as a positive step.
