Iran praises strong ties with Azerbaijan

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh has said relations with Azerbaijan remain strong, highlighting continued cooperation and mutual support between the two countries.

Axar.az informs, citing APА, that speaking to journalists at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Khatibzadeh noted that Iran highly values the solidarity shown by regional partners, including Azerbaijan.

“We have very good relations with Azerbaijan. During the telephone conversation between Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, it was once again confirmed that these positive relations will continue,” he said.

Khatibzadeh also expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani people and President Ilham Aliyev.
