A video dedicated to the birth anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been shared on President Ilham Aliyev’s social media accounts.

Axar.az reports that the post reads:

“Today is the birthday of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and the fact that our meeting is being held on this day naturally carries symbolic meaning. We — his successors — have fulfilled his will. Today, every inch of Azerbaijan’s territory belongs to the Azerbaijani people. We have expelled the occupiers from our lands and restored our territorial integrity and sovereignty.”
