The second part of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) has begun in the city of Khankendi.

Axar.az reports that a WUF13 festival was held to raise awareness among city residents and guests about the 13th session of the World Urban Forum.

Sabuhi Gahramanov, Deputy of the Presidential Special Representative in Khankendi, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts, addressed the event, spoke about the significance of the festival, and wished participants success.

Within the framework of the event, the public programme presented topics such as sustainable urban development, inclusive urban environments, innovative urban solutions, and future cities through interactive activities, educational games, presentations, and public discussions.

As part of the interactive programme involving 6,200 participants, competitions were held featuring questions on WUF13, urban planning, Khankendi’s modern architectural style, its history, and cultural heritage sites in Karabakh, with prizes awarded to those who answered correctly.
