The Armenian government has approved the signing of two financial assistance agreements with the European Commission, the total amount of which is 18 million euros.
Axar.az reports that the Armenian press published information about this.
"Within the framework of the first agreement, Iravan expects to receive 15 million euros as budget aid to solve the short-term and medium-term problems of those who moved from Karabakh, to ensure their long-term socio-economic integration, as well as to help implement the economic program. The second document envisages grant financing for 3 million euros for the promotion of reforms, deeper socio-economic integration of those displaced from Karabakh, and implementation of programs in the fields of health care, social protection and employment.
It is noted that another program worth 15 million euros will be approved in the last quarter of the year.
