I have been asked to give detailed information about what the Committee of Ministers will do to find a solution for Azerbaijan. I would like to emphasize once again that our main goal is to strengthen unity to protect and promote our common ideas. Especially for the 75th anniversary of the Council of Europe, let us emphasize symbolically that the Council offers a unique platform for multilateral cooperation between the governments and parliaments of the 46 member states to promote the supremacy of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law in Europe.

Axar.az reports that Dominik Hasler, the chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the institution, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education and Sports of Liechtenstein, said this in his speech at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

He said that after becoming a member in 2001, Azerbaijan benefited from the support of the Council of Europe in the process of democratic transition. Also, the Council of Europe benefited from its contribution to the promotion of Azerbaijan's values and increasing its influence. It is a mutually beneficial cooperation that is not limited in terms of time and is certainly unfinished.

Emphasizing Azerbaijan's contributions to the organization and the hope that the delegation will soon return to its rightful place in the organization, Dominik Hasler noted:

"I think we need each other. I hope that the Azerbaijani delegation will soon return to its rightful place in the Parliamentary Assembly so that cooperation and dialogue can continue for the sake of protecting the values that unite us. I am ready to promote the most acceptable solutions to allow the Council of Europe to continue the great work it has done for 75 years and I want to thank the Parliamentary Assembly, the Committee of Ministers, and the Secretary-General once again for the excellent cooperation during the tripartite meeting."
