We are united with Turkiye not only by the Declaration of Alliance but also by many other issues. The Turkiye-Azerbaijan Union is an important criterion of regional security and stability.

Axar.az reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev voiced these views at the international forum on "COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan" held at ADA University on April 23.

"I know that both Azerbaijan and Turkiye have a clear position: the two processes should go parallel. The rapprochement between Turkiye and Armenia and normalization between Azerbaijan and Armenia should go in parallel. This is our position and this is also the position of the President of Turkiye," the head of state emphasized.
