On April 30, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Director of the MUSLIM Institute of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Prime Minister of Junagadh State Sahibzada Sultan Ahmad Ali.

Axar.az reports that the importance of the World Intercultural Dialogue Forum to be held in Baku was emphasized at the meeting, and it was noted that this event contributed to the work of establishing relations between representatives of different cultures.

During the conversation, Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations were touched upon and it was said that friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries are successfully developing in all fields, and the importance of Azerbaijan and Pakistan always supporting each other on various issues was emphasized.

At the meeting, it was noted that Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's visit to Pakistan laid the foundation for the relations between the two countries, and it was reported that high-level mutual visits and meetings contributed to the strengthening of our relations.
