As part of his visit to Azerbaijan, Wendy Morton, the British Minister for State for the European Neighborhood, visited the British Council Education Center in Mushfigabad settlement of Garadagh district.

Axar.az reports that the Minister talked to teachers and students of the centre, which is funded by the British government.

It should be noted that the English Language Resource Center, located in a residential complex for refugees and IDPs in the Mushfigabad settlement of Baku's Garadagh district, was opened in 2019 with the support of the Ministry of Education, the British Government and the British Council.
