A Moscow court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by lawyer and war veteran Alexander Treshev against Alla Pugacheva.

Axar.az reports that the court informed about this.

According to the report, in an interview with veteran Yekaterina Gordyeva, the singer used expressions that “defame the president, the army and law enforcement agencies” of Russia, and also praised the leader of the Chechen separatists, Dzhokhar Dudayev.

Alexander Treshev demanded 1.5 billion rubles in moral damages from the singer.

The court said that it dismissed the lawsuit due to shortcomings in the documents.
