Justin Bieber has been accused of punching a man in the face after the stranger ‘grabbed a woman by the throat’.

The altercation took place at an after-party on Saturday at Coachella being held by Patrick Schwarzenneger, and it is thought that Justin and his friends first tried to talk to the man before Justin hit the man and then pushed him against a wall, which allowed the woman to break free. Sources at the party told TMZ that the man ‘appeared to be on drugs and it looked as if the woman may have been his ex-girlfriend’. They also claimed that the man told Justin to ‘go f*** yourself’ when Justin became involved and that the man was then thrown out the party. Local police officers arrested him later that evening.

Justin has been having a pretty eventful Coachella so far, as on Friday he was seen dancing around with his pals to the distant yodels of Mason Ramsey (aka the ‘Yodelling Kid’). Mason’s cover of Lovesick Blues by country music legend Hank Williams went viral and led to him getting a spot on the main stage – and Biebs even managed to get a sneaky selfie with his new icon backstage after Mason’s performance. Justin is not thought to be playing at the annual festival but there’s still a whole day left for him to make an appearance on stage.
