Bryan Adams was 'very good friends' with Princess Diana.

The Canadian rocker was a guest on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, where he addressed romantic rumours during a game of Plead The Fifth.

'There are many rumours that you and Princess Diana were once romantically involved,' the host posted.

When Andy pried if they were 'friends with benefits', Adams answered: 'She was just... we were good friends.'

The 58-year-old also confirmed that the last ' d**k pic' he sent was the framed one he gave to Elton John for his 42nd birthday.

'When I gave it to him he said: "I'm going to change that frame". Now it's in gold,' he revealed. '

Although the game allows a guest to refuse to answer one of three questions, Adams happily answered them all.
