Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus' split came after she grew concerned with his 'wild' ways, say pals.

Axar.az reports citing Mirror that Liam Hemsworth's "moody" behavior and his wild partying ways were what drove him and Miley Cyrus apart, pals have claimed.

The Hollywood star, who married Miley in an intimate wedding ceremony last December, would "lash out" at the singer when she tried to rein him in, insiders say.

"Liam parties with his friends and Miley thinks he should've grown out of that by now."

Liam, said Miley's pal, struggled to cope with the Dancing In The USA star's modern approach to marriage.

"He loves that she has her own career and focus, but he also wants a wife who cooks and would stay home with the kids," they added.
