Actress Marie Laforet has died

French actress and singer Marie Laforet has died in Switzerland.

Axar.az reports citing APA.

The actress died a month after celebrating her 80th birthday. The cause of Laforet's death has not been released.

The actress, whose real name is Maytena Marie Brijitt Dumenak, was shot in the 1960s by Rene Kleman in the film The Shining Sun with Alain Delon.

M. Lafore is also known for his songs. These songs include "Mon amour, mon ami" in the film "8 Women" by Francois Ozone, including Viennes, Viens, Manchester et Liverpool and many others.
