World-famous footballer David Beckham and his wife, designer Victoria Beckham have donated $ 1.3 million to Ukrainian children and their mothers.

Axar.az reports that the footballer posted the information on his Instagram page.

The funds will be used to help war victims in Ukraine:

"Mothers are forced to flee with their children. Families are separated. Children are removed from their beds and become refugees overnight. As the second week of the conflict in Ukraine continues, the needs of families are growing and 7.5 million children are now at risk."

In addition, the couple has started raising money through their charity fund, which will be donated to UNICEF.
