The final of the 66th Eurovision Song Contest, hosted by the Italian city of Turin, has begun.

Axar.az reports that representatives of 25 countries are competing in the finals of the competition, which is being held at PalaOlimpico, one of the largest indoor arenas in Italy.

Azerbaijan is represented in this competition by Nadir Rustamli with the song "Fade To Black".

Nadir Rustamli entered the top ten after voting in the second semifinal of the competition on May 13 and qualified for the final.

In addition, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, Estonia, Australia, Poland, Sweden, Romania and Serbia qualified for the finals.

It should be noted that the 10 countries that received the most votes in the first semifinal on May 10 - Switzerland, Armenia, Iceland, Lithuania, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Ukraine, Moldova and the Netherlands - advanced to the finals.
