Musk's child applies to change the name to sever ties

Elon Musk’s daughter has applied to change her name to reflect her new gender identity.

Axar.az reports that born Xavier Alexander Musk, Elon’s 18-year-old child has filed a request with Los Angeles County Superior Court to change her name to Vivan Jenna Wilson taking on her mother Justine Wilson’s surname.

Justine and Elon, 50, were married between the years 2000 and 2008, and share six children together.

Vivan was born in 2004 alongside her twin brother Griffin.

She wrote as part of the petition: “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Mirror Online reports.
