West sued by paparazzi photographer for grabbing her phone

Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from a paparazzi photographer after he reportedly took her phone from her hand and threw it.

Axar.az reports that it's claimed that the rapper, 45, was being pursued by photographer Nichol Lechmanik when he confronted her and grabbed her mobile phone, and 'threw it into the street.'

Lechmanik is now taking him to court as she claims that his actions have left a long-lasting impact.

At a press conference yesterday, she said the controversial musician 'reached into the car' as if he was about to 'hit' the photographer.
