According to reports from Actu17, the robbers carted away valuables estimated to be worth around €500 000.

Axar.az informs that reports further confirmed by Goal stated that the goalkeeper and his girlfriend escaped and took refuge at a luxury hotel not far from their home at 3:20 am.

Sadly, the Italian and his partner have not been the only victims of what is gradually becoming a wave of attacks on footballers in the French capital.

Other PSG players, current and past, including Angel Di Maria, captain Marquinhos, fellow goalkeeper Sergio Rico, former striker Mauro Icardi, and Chelsea’s Thiago Silva have also been the subjects of robberies at their home while at the French club.

The 24-year-old is understandably in a state of shock, and alongside his partner has been checked into a hospital to receive additional care.
