Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe's (1926-1962) dress was auctioned in Los Angeles.

Axar.az reports that the pink silk dress made by Italian fashion designer Emilio Pucci for M. Manro was sold for 325,000 dollars at the auction.

According to the sales house "Julien's Auctions", the organizer of the auction, it is about 8 times more expensive than the original price.

At the same time, a 1953 copy of "Playboy" magazine with M. Munro's photo on the cover was sold at auction for $6,500.
