The first semi-final of the 69th Eurovision Song Contest will be held today in Basel, Switzerland.

Axar.az reports that our country is represented by the group "Mamagama". The group will perform the song "Run with U" and will be number 10.

The lyrics of the song are by Asef Mishiyev, and the music is by Asef Mishiyev, Hasan Heydar, and Roman Zilianev.

In addition to Azerbaijan, representatives of Estonia, Iceland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine, Albania, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Norway, and San Marino will also compete in the first semi-final.

Based on the results of the semi-final, 10 participants will be determined who will advance to the final,l and they will continue to compete for the prize.

The competition will be broadcast live on Public Television at 23:00 local time.

It should be noted that the second semi-final of the competition will take place on May 15, and the grand finale will take place on May 17.
