'Land of Fire' shines at Royal Windsor Horse Show -

The Royal Windsor Horse Show, traditionally held in the United Kingdom, is back in its usual slot for 2026.

Axar.az reports, supported by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and organized by the Azerbaijan Equestrian Federation, the country is represented for the first time with a 150-member delegation.

One of the spectacular performances of this year included the show composition "Azerbaijan - Land of Fire", which featured the fierce beauty of Garabagh horses, elegant Azerbaijani dances, the wonderful national music, and performances by the orchestra.

The dance ensemble and cavalry unit of the State Border Service once again represented the country with 23 Garabagh horses, receiving a standing ovation from the audience.

A colorful and emotionally charged performance brought to life the wonderful music of the operetta "Arshin Mal Alan" (The Cloth Peddler) – a masterpiece of the brilliant composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli, the founder of professional Azerbaijani music. This masterful interpretation of a classic Azerbaijani masterpiece captivated the audience, reaffirming the exceptional depth and elegance of the country’s musical heritage.

King Charles III of the United Kingdom, who attended the event, warmly welcomed the Azerbaijani representatives and watched the vibrant composition "Azerbaijan - Land of Fire.”

The Azerbaijani representatives’ performance is scheduled to run until May 17, with the “Azerbaijan Land of Fire” polo team set to showcase its prowess later today.
