Azerbaijani judokas create chaos - the British ambassador

Great Britain's ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld X shared the score of Azerbaijani judoka Zelim Kotsoyev becoming the Olympic champion at the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games "Paris-2024" on his social network account.

Axar.az reports that it is mentioned in the post:

"Judo player Zelim Kotsoyev added the second gold medal to Azerbaijan's medal tally with his great performance. "Azerbaijani judokas create chaos in Paris."

It should be noted that Zelim Kotsoyev, the world champion in the 100 kg weight class, faced Ilya Sulamanidze from Georgia in the final round. Kotsoyev, who defeated his opponent, became the Olympic champion.

Paris-2024 will end on August 11. Earlier, judoka Hidayat Heydarov (73 kg) won the Olympic gold medal.
