Turkiye extradites 40 suspects wanted under Red Notices

Forty individuals wanted by Turkiye under Interpol Red Notices have been extradited to the country.

Axar.az reports that the information was announced by Turkiye’s Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya.

The suspects were returned from Georgia (27), Germany (4), Bulgaria (3), as well as the United States, Croatia, Switzerland, Montenegro, Russia and Greece.

They are accused of offenses including murder and attempted murder, forming and membership in a criminal organization, drug trafficking, theft, robbery and fraud, cyber fraud, forgery of official documents, unlawful access to personal data, terrorist propaganda, sexual exploitation and promotion of prostitution, and illegal possession of weapons.
